Provides an Article 32 outpatient program for people 15+ with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders, plus an intensive residential program for adults 18+ with chronic substance use disorders. Services include counseling, vocational training, health education, relapse prevention, and mental health evaluations, with letters of reasonable assurance available for people being released.

OASAS-licensed outpatient program for anyone, whether or not affected by the criminal legal system: counseling, medication-assisted treatment (methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone), mental health counseling, employment services, drug testing, HIV/hep C testing, court advocacy.
Community-based harm reduction: syringe services, hygiene kits, counseling for people who use drugs, housing for people with HIV/AIDS, case management, medical transportation.
Offers free, confidential rapid HIV testing, hepatitis B and C screening, health assessments, and case management, with specific support for people on parole or reentering the community. Also runs alternative-to-incarceration and diversion programs, trauma-informed care, a food pantry, Narcan training, and a medically supervised outpatient program.
Syringe exchange, drug testing kits, social work, showers, HIV/HCV testing, support groups, care coordination and advocacy.
