Outpatient substance use and medication-assisted treatment across multiple Montefiore Wellness Center sites, with group and individual counseling, primary care, and medically supervised withdrawal services.
Treatment and prevention programs: care management, intensive residential treatment, outpatient services, career training, money management, a reentry initiative and an HSE program.
Harm reduction center and wellness center: healthcare linkage, health education, counseling, testing, condoms, PrEP/PEP linkage and insurance help.
Specialty mental health for court-involved people: reentry care, psychiatry, counseling, peer support, substance use services and medication-assisted treatment linkage.
